That night Jon's sister, Ellen arrived at our house with her 5 kids and then the next day was the 4th of July. We got Jaxson's pool out and turned on the sprinklers. It was fun. There ended up being 12 kids running around.
This is Grandma with some of the grandkids getting ready to watch fireworks.
Matthew kept asking when we were going to do REAL fireworks, because he is from Washington where they do fireworks that shoot up into the sky. It's too bad we can't do them here.
On Monday July 6th we went to the Oquirrh Hills Temple open house.
Great picture huh?
We also went to Hillary's on Wednesday July 8th and the kids had blast playing in the pool. We didn't even have them come inside to eat dinner.
Then I'm sure you noticed the beautiful newborn baby, Valerie Anne Bolander. My newest niece. Jon's sister, Hillary, had her July 9th. 8 pounds 13 ounces. She is so precious.
Elllen and I went and saw Hillary before we went to Lagoon with all the kids. I didn't get many pictures of Lagoon because I had my mom babysit Jaxson in the afternoon and my camra got left there. Jaxson liked Bulgy the Whale and Puff the Magic Dragon, and that was about it. He just wasn't into Lagoon yet. We had a great time though going with all our nieces and nephews.
The last picture of Jaxson he is crying because the ride worker had ended the ride and he needed to get out. He didn't understand lines or turnes at all. It will be a lot better when he older.
The next day was Jon's grandpa's 90th Birthday party. I haven't been that exhausted in a long time. We had a good time seeing everyone. Ellen and Andy went home right after the party. So that is why I haven't posted much, because I have been recovering from my staycation.

That was a wild week of fun. It took my kids a couple of days to recover once everything was done. Thanks for helping them at Lagoon :)
I'm so glad you were willing to run around with me that week! My kids and I had a great time! Hopefully you and Jaxson are recovering from our stay and will let us come again! It's a lot of chaos with so many kids but it was still fun!
